Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Integrations Developer to join a collaborative technology team in Williamsburg, Kentucky. In this role, you will create and support connections between Workday and other enterprise platforms, helping teams across HR, finance, and student-related functions exchange data reliably. This position is well suited for a developer who enjoys solving integration challenges, improving system performance, and maintaining secure, accurate data flows.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, configure, and support Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, and web services.
  • Partner with functional teams and technical colleagues to define business needs and translate them into effective integration solutions.
  • Develop and enhance interfaces that connect Workday with enterprise applications across human capital, finance, and student-focused environments.
  • Investigate integration failures, diagnose root causes, and implement timely fixes to restore reliable system operations.
  • Track interface performance and recommend adjustments that improve stability, efficiency, and overall processing quality.
  • Apply data security, validation, and governance practices to maintain accurate and compliant information exchanges.
  • Prepare clear technical documentation for integration designs, support procedures, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to implementation efforts, production support, and future system enhancements as organizational needs evolve.
  • Work closely with other developers and analysts to share knowledge, coordinate delivery, and support a range of integration priorities.
