(•Comscore, Total Visits, March 2025) Day to Day We are seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM Solutions Architect to drive the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions across our Workday platform. This role is reserved for our most complex and business-critical initiatives, requiring deep functional expertise, excellent architectural judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes across HR, IT, and Engineering. As a senior member of our team, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating ambiguous business needs into well-architected, sustainable Workday solutions that deliver measurable value. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Finance and People Systems. Responsibilities + Partner with delivery leads to design end-to-end solutions for complex Workday HCM initiatives across multiple products (Core HCM , Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, Benefits, etc.), with a platform-first mindset that accounts for downstream impacts and cross-module dependencies + Establish and enforce architectural patterns that prioritize simplicity, scalability, and extensibility + Drive automation and end-user experience strategy by identifying and implementing opportunities to eliminate manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes using Workday AI, Orchestrations, and the business process framework + Define and scale best practices for reusable, enterprise-grade automation and workflow design across functional areas + Partner with reporting and analytics leads to architect robust reporting solutions (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Prism) that enable actionable insights + Evaluate and guide decisions on leveraging native Workday capabilities versus external tools, with a bias toward platform-native solutions + Collaborate with Product, HR, IT, and Engineering teams to align priorities, influence decisions through clear articulation of trade-offs and risks, and mentor team members on solution design and architectural best practices Skills/Competencies + Requires a Bachelor's degree , and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master's To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
