Job Description
Dev10 is currently seeking a Software Developer Associate for a Direct Hire position. This role requires relocation anyw in the continental United States.
This is a unique opportunity to launch your career in Software Development. Dev10 provides a pathway for motivated individuals to gain real-world experience by starting with an immersive, paid training program. You will train in technologies including Java, Spring, REST, and React before being placed on a client project. We are now hiring for our cohort starting Monday, November 10, 2025.
Responsibilities:
Complete an immersive, 3-4 month paid training program to build technical skills from the ground up
Receive mentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers in a hands-on environment
After training, work for up to two years on client software development projects
Collaborate with teams to build and deliver high-quality technology solutions
Requirements:
Willingness to relocate anyw in the continental United States
Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin
A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation
Desired skills:

Pay range: Hourly pay rate of $24.04 (~$50,000 annually) to $28.85 (~$60,000 annually) depending on assigned location. A training stipend of $600/week is provided during the initial training period. A $2,500 relocation assistance is also provided.
