Primary (Must-Have):
  • Comprehensive Full Stack development experience with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Framework and C#

  • Robust code review skills to verify, validate, and ensure the quality of software components

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an elite Lead Full Stack Engineer for a long-term, 100% onsite engagement in Mountlake Terrace, WA. This pivotal role requires an expert engineer who pairs deep technical mastery in .NET, C#, and Azure with strong leadership capabilities to oversee technical deliverables and manage on-the-ground engineering resources. The ideal candidate will function as a strategic partner to the business, interacting directly with stakeholders to articulate architectural designs and actively drive technical decision-making rather than acting as a passive order-taker.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Architect, develop, and implement high-performance, top-notch capabilities across both front-end and back-end architectures utilizing .NET Framework, C#, and Azure Cloud Services.
  • Provide technical leadership and day-to-day management for the engineering team, assigning deliverables, tracking progress, and actively clearing technical bottlenecks.
  • Serve as a primary technical liaison to business stakeholders, effectively communicating complex designs, steering critical decision-making, and providing constructive feedback on project requirements.
  • Conduct rigorous technical code reviews to verify, validate, and ensure enterprise-grade software quality and adherence to architecture standards.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve deep-seated technical issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize application performance and scalability.
