20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment

40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
Baby Bonding Leave:
18 weeks
Holidays:
13 paid days per year Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development. 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. Experience with large-scale data processing. Experience in team management.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects. Experience in product development. Experience with advertising effectiveness or with advertising workflows. About the job In this role, you will build data collection and serve infrastructure to maximize the value of advertiser audiences within YouTube Ads. You will continuously enhance ads personalization for users while driving Return on Investment (ROI) for advertisers focused on New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and existing customer re-engagement. Responsibilities Built a new YouTube Ads Infrastructure team focusing on next-gen audience data collection and serving for high-performance New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and re-engagement with existing customers on YouTube. Build and manage a high-performing team with stellar execution, clear sense of mission and strategy, and effective collaboration with cross-functional partner teams. Offer sound technical steer for in-team decisions and execution while effectively influencing cross-team technical alignments.
