We've solved two of the hardest problems in applying AI to financial organizations. First, precision and accuracy, which are non-negotiable in this industry. Second, building an AI system that deeply understands an entire organization - its data and its workflows - both essential to building the modern investment office with AI. We're a seed-stage company funded by Madrona Venture Group. We work with some of the world's largest asset managers, who manage trillions of dollars. Our team brings decades of financial-industry experience and has previously built fintech companies acquired by Nasdaq and ADP, and we're growing fast. About The Role You'll carry real end-to-end ownership across our full stack. You'll work directly with the people defining the product, ship into the hands of professionals who read every output critically, and build systems where being almost right isn't good enough. On a small team, your work lands in production fast and visibly. What You'll Do Drive core product development across the full stack Build systems where financial accuracy is non-negotiable Improve retrieval and context systems that process financial information efficiently at enterprise scale Design agent architectures that coordinate complex financial tasks with high reliability Develop verification and auditability systems for AI outputs Build the central integration layer that connects with critical financial applications across the enterprise You Might Be a Good Fit If You Are a strong full-stack engineer who's comfortable owning a feature from data model to UI Have a track record of shipping impactful production code - projects you can point to and explain the hard parts of Are fluent in our stack, or have the depth in adjacent tools to ramp quickly: Python, React/TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Care about correctness - you reach for verification, tests, and auditability by instinct, especially when the cost of a wrong answer is high Thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment and can navigate ambiguity to ship high-quality work Want to work close to the problem domain, partnering with people who understand finance deeply What We Offer Competitive salary with fully covered health benefits (including dental and vision) Above-market equity The opportunity to shape AI products for the asset management industry Why This Team You'll join a small, talent-dense team where your contributions directly shape the future of the company.
