Lead DevOps Engineer - Seattle, WA (Only local)

Responsibilities:

13+ years experience with distributed applications at scale in public cloud (AWS), or equivalent experience. Must have exp in Authoring automated deployments using Terraform. Managing Docker container deployment and orchestration, including AWS EKS. 5+ years of experience in public cloud (AWS) in building services using cloud native technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, serverless etc. Exposure to Azure cloud. Python/shell/bash experience required. Design and implement cloud infrastructure, including selecting appropriate cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), networking, storage, and compute resources Ensure cloud environments are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations by implementing security controls, access management, and encryption Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications Collaborating with application teams to set up CI/CD workflows, create Databricks workflows, manage Databricks clusters, and handle workspace access management. Automated provision/orchestration of AWS resources System performance monitoring, reporting and optimization Experience with containers (Docker, EKS) and serverless (Lambda). Experience in implementing various AWS solutions like Data Sync, Batch Job, EMR Experience bootstrapping and automating the build of complete Kubernetes environments Experience with automated build in Jenkins or similar CI tools Experience in managing multiple AWS environments and the AWS ecosystem.
