JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Engineer to support and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365. This role focuses on enabling effective Copilot usage within M365 apps, supporting Copilot Chat, and integrating AI capabilities into day‑to‑day workflows while ensuring secure, governed use. The engineer will partner with engineering, security, and business teams to improve productivity and reduce manual effort across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related services. Required Skills Copilot in M365 Apps (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel) Copilot Chat Prompt Engineering Microsoft Graph API Analytical Troubleshooting Preferred Skills Microsoft 365 Architecture Copilot Studio Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity, retention) API Integration Technical Documentation Qualifications Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently Ability to translate business needs into effective Copilot usage Experience collaborating with security and compliance teams
