LP Job Summary:
This contract role focuses on developing a sophisticated laboratory information and instrument integration system. You will be responsible for creating a desktop application that manages device communication, processes scientific data, and generates reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WPF UI design and backend logic, with a focus on real-time data handling and hardware integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build a modular WPF desktop application. Develop workflows for laboratory data capture and reporting. Integrate various laboratory instruments and peripheral devices. Implement modules for device management and status monitoring. Develop data handling, synchronization, and export functionalities.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in WPF and .NET development. Experience with serial communication and device integration. Strong understanding of multithreading and asynchronous programming.
Industry Experience:
Experience working with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), scientific instruments, or similar device-driven environments is highly preferred.
