Job Details Skills workday hcm Summary Here at Focus Cloud , we are working with a transport and distribution company based in Texas that is looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to provide contract support while their internal teams are short staffed. This is a hands on, senior level role suited to someone who can take ownership of the Workday landscape, provide architectural guidance, and support ongoing delivery across the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a senior Workday contact across the business Providing architectural oversight with a strong focus on Workday HCM and Benefits Advising on best practice design and configuration Working with IT and business stakeholders to support integrations with other systems Helping stabilise and improve the Workday environment during a busy period Skills and experience required: Strong hands on Workday HCM experience Background as a Workday Architect, Lead, or Senior Administrator Comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, and system design Pragmatic and delivery focused, with a contractor mindset Contract details: Initial 6 month contract (starting ASAP, likely through October) 35 40 hours per week, flexible Central Time collaboration required Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools ("AI") that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
