Overview Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Information Technology Intern . This hybrid position will be based in our Global Operations & Innovation Center in Wheeling, WV . Responsibilities Our internship will provide you with training and resources, challenging opportunities and real technical projects to grow your professional and technical talent: Assist with code and configuration changes to existing .Net applications using C#, javascript and powershell Assist with unit tests and automated testing Assist with low code/no code applications Assist with platforms like SharePoint and Wordpress Communicate and collaborate with customers and teams across the firm Qualifications Proficient with desktop operating systems including current Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Understanding of basic scripting and programming. Familiarity with C# is preferred Good writing and analytical skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multitask priorities Approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment Student in an information technology or related associate or bachelor s degree program with a GPA of 3.2 or above, and an interest in area of software development. Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is between $18.00 an hour to $20.00 an hour. This is a short-term, temporary position.
