6+Months Rate $65/hr on W2 Relevant Experience (in Yrs.) : 8+ Looking for only W2 Detailed Job Description AI-Based Engineering Program Manager (EPM)- Lead as EPM DRI for a high-impact Sales & Trends migration program, driving cross-functional execution across engineering, data science, and analytics teams
- Manage AI/ML-driven data science and customer-facing analytics programs, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-quality delivery
- Drive execution rigor through roadmaps, status reporting, QBRs, and executive communications
- Partner across teams to navigate complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments while aligning dependencies and stakeholders
- Apply strong technical understanding of data, analytics, and AI/ML systems to guide decisions, identify risks, and ensure program success
- Bring a data-first mindset-understanding data meaning, transformations, and impact on metrics, analytics, and AI model outcomes
- 8+ years of software development or machine learning experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and applied experience with a range of LLMs.
- Expert in applying and extending AI agent frameworks (Google ADK, LangChain, etc.).
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and operating AI agents in production.
- Experience deploying AI systems in large-scale, hybrid environments with a focus on performance and reliability.
