Preferred Qualifications Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional projects that have had a tangible impact on the direction of the org Strong organizational skills and experience working on large multi-functional teams Strong Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and design skills Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Extensive engineering experience with one or more Apple platforms - iOS, watchOS, macOS Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of professional software engineering experience including Apple platform technologies like iOS & macOS frameworks, Swift/Objective-C, Xcode, etc 3+ years managing engineering teams that design complex software systems BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $188,200 and $325,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
