Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field. 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). 3 years of experience working in a changing organization. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative environment. Drive the technical idea, strategy, and roadmap. Oversee the design, development, and operation of scalable and reliable services for real-time data ingestion, processing, and correlation. Contribute to design, code reviews, and technical discussions, ensuring high software quality and architectural integrity. Collaborate with partner teams (e.g., SRE, Cloud Networking, and other development teams) to understand requirements, and deliver integrated solutions. Ensure operational excellence, including monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization. Manage project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
