- Job Duties and Responsibilities

- As the Manager, Supply Chain Engineering, you will bridge the gap between supply chain operations and high-performance technology solutions to drive business agility.
- What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
- + Deliver high-quality, customer-centric technology solutions through the mentorship and coaching of a global team of developers and product owners + Drive the strategic product roadmap by establishing features and user stories that align directly with supply chain business objectives and departmental OKRs + Modernize supply chain operations by identifying and implementing AI-driven automation and predictive analytics tools to enhance forecasting + Foster a culture of self-organizing, cross-functional accountability to improve delivery efficiency and organizational agility using Agile/Scrum methodologies + Manage strategic technology partnerships and vendor relationships to ensure both tactical support and future-proof infrastructure + Interface with cross-functional IT and infrastructure teams to resolve dependencies and advocate for the development process from conception to implementation •Skills, Experience and Requirements•Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)•+ Comprehensive professional expertise in supply chain domains including logistics, warehousing, and inventory forecasting + Technical proficiency in public cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle, or GCP) and the architecture of CI/CD pipelines and automation + Demonstrable development skills in Java or Python to guide high-level engineering decisions and design reviews + AI literacy and the ability to identify opportunities for AI innovation within supply chain workflows + Strong analytical skills to take complex business problems and break them down into consumable, actionable work items + Exceptional communication skills to persuade stakeholders, build trust, and inspire team members in a distributed environment •Additional Qualifications•+ Experience managing global or distributed technical resources + Proven track record in a self-motivated, analytical problem-solving environment •Minimum Requirements•+ •
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field +
Minimum Experience:
- 4+ years of Engineering Management or equivalent technical leadership experience +
Critical Experiences:
- + A proven record of successfully leading and managing technical teams + Hands-on experience with supply chain domain operations +
Required Technical Skills:
- + Java and/or Python + Public cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle, Azure, or GCP) + CI/CD Pipelines and automation Visa sponsorship not available for this role
- Salary Ranges
Compensation:
$110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year- Benefits
