You'll partner closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders while fostering a collaborative, high‑performing engineering culture. In this role, you'll balance people leadership with technical direction, guiding teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions while continuously improving engineering practices and team effectiveness.
