Job Description
Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in software development, enterprise applications, or IT management 3+ years of leadership or team management experience Experience supporting ERP systems within manufacturing environments Strong experience with .NET technologies and JavaScript frameworks Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP platforms Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing environments Experience managing analytics or data-focused teams Exposure to AI development tools and modern software engineering practices Manufacturing or industrial systems experience strongly preferred Technical Environment ERP Systems .NET / C# JavaScript SQL / Data Platforms Agile / Scrum DevOps / CI-CD Enterprise Applications Manufacturing Systems
