Job Description
This is a full-time, in-house, position working from our office in Mandeville, LA. Our company is looking to hire a Manager of Software Development . This position will be responsible for managing a small group of dedicated programmers producing customized software with little time between specification and delivery. The manager of this group will be responsible for reviewing software specifications that originate from a non-programming group, making necessary modifications to make sure programmer instructions are complete, clear, and unambiguous. The manager will assign tasks to programmers. Code reviews and progress monitoring are required. This position also provides secondary support for software issues that might arise.

- At least 4 work years as supervisor or manager of software development
- At least 8 years working in software development
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of MS Access is preferred, but not essential
