Software Manager | Boston Hybrid | 220k If you have experience managing a team of software engineers and you have experience working in Salesforce, apply now! Responsibilities:
Lead 10 people, including a highly technical team of software engineers Work closely with the CTO and a Salesforce admin This is not a technical role, but it requires a technical background Drive end?to?end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met Partner closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as senior leadership, to align on priorities and roadmaps Improve engineering processes and workflows
Must-Have Experience:
Must have managed a team of 5+ developers/engineers for at least 3 years Must have hands?on experience with Salesforce and Seismic Must have partnered closely with Sales and Marketing teams Must be able to work on-site in Boston twice per week Must have experience working in the professional services industry, ideally in finance Click below to apply!
