Important:
Candidates with only AI/ML experience and no prior software development background are not a fit . Key Responsibilities Lead delivery across 2-3 Scrum teams , ensuring predictable sprint execution and quality outcomes Drive agile ceremonies, manage risks/dependencies, and ensure release readiness Enable adoption of AI Development Life Cycle (AIDLC) and enterprise GenAI tools (AI-assisted coding, documentation, analysis) Enforce strong SDLC practices, code/design reviews, and Sonar Gate 5 / Gate 9 standards Oversee CI/CD pipelines with automated functional, security, and performance testing Provide technical direction on LLMs, RAG, AI agents/bots , and scalable AI/ML patterns Collaborate with Product, Architecture, UAT, and Performance teams Coach and mentor engineers; manage stakeholder communication Must-Have Skills Strong software engineering foundation (Java, React, Angular, or similar full-stack/UI technologies) Hands-on experience as an AI Builder or hybrid AI User + Builder Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks Proven experience managing delivery across multiple Scrum teams Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver under pressure Nice-to-Have Healthcare domain experience Experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows #NOBLE-IT
