Job Description
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of Leadership experience 3+ years of programming languages Java, Python, and Pyspark 2 years of experience of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies 2 +years ofGenerative AI:
(Experience applying Generative AI (LLMs, prompt driven workflows, or intelligent assistants) within secure, governed enterprise architectures, with an understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and risk controls)Desired Qualifications:
3+ years working in large enterprise environments 3+ years of Agile experience 3+ years of experience managing geographically diverse teams including both multiple domestic and off-shore locations Working experience working with Apache Iceberg open source format for large data lake solutions. Understanding on a broad level IT infrastructure, database, and application development and design; this should include an understanding of Cloud based service topology Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry Ability to manage large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business Experience working with IT Governance, Controls and Risk partners Ability to effectively manage resources and drive efficiencies and innovation Knowledge of ITIL and SRE Principles Ability to manage multiple or large technology infrastructure functions with a focus on driving complex projects requiring participation of cross-functional groupsJob Expectations:
