RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers working with C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React , fostering a high-performance, innovative culture Conduct regular 1:1s, provide constructive feedback, and support career development Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent Drive rapid, iterative delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy across full-stack applications Champion proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation Collaborate with Product, Design, Business, and Executive stakeholders to align technical and business goals Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communication Review code, provide guidance, and maintain high-quality engineering standards Balance speed with quality while ensuring sustainable delivery Remove blockers, manage capacity, and optimize development processes
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on skills in C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React 2+ years managing software engineering teams, including on-shore and remote engineers Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and DevOps practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels Experience in full-stack development, microservices, cloud platforms, and scalable web applications is a plus #LI-EM1 #INMAy2026 #LI-remote EB-9821983662
