Associate Director•Software Development needed by Verizon in Irving, TX (hybrid role, may work from home): Responsible for the entire software development lifecycle from prototyping to user interactions and database management•directing changes to both front-end and back-end in the marketing product agile work stream (20%); Manage the project execution, delivery, and ongoing support (end to end and life cycle deployment) with decision-making authority (20%); Support the intake of potential use cases, partner with stakeholder groups to identify high-value opportunities (10%); Work with the stakeholder community to promote compliance with standards/guidelines, lead practices, security, and risk management (10%); Develop a high performing team, groom talents to learn and implement next-gen technologies in strategic products and platforms, manage performance of team members, identify, recruit, mentor and develop employees (10%); Identify KPI and track metrics end to end on key programs, achieve business goals, establish, evolve, and retire business capabilities (10%); Define and implement roadmaps, define capability roadmaps to address gaps systematically, map out future state business processes for case management and personalization (10%); Provide perspective on how other industries are creating and managing similar business processes, partner with business stakeholders in CXO to define the case management strategy, work with other GTS leaders to understand business needs and enable platform capabilities to improve customer and billing experience (10%).
