We are looking for an Senior Engineering Manager (Software Development) who will take ownership of both people leadership and technical direction. This is not just a management role—you will stay close to architecture, engineering decisions, and delivery execution while building and mentoring a high-performing team of developers. You will act as the bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engineering Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
Technical Direction:
Guide architecture decisions, system design, and engineering best practices across projects.
Delivery Ownership:
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software products, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Process Improvement:
Continuously improve Agile workflows, engineering standards, and development efficiency.
Code & Quality Oversight:
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to scalable, maintainable coding practices.
Team Building:
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of engineering talent.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
5+ years in software development with at least 2+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
Technical Background:
Strong experience in full-stack or backend development with modern software architectures.
Cloud Experience:
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead engineering teams, manage delivery, and mentor developers.
System Thinking:
Strong understanding of scalable systems, software design principles, and SDLC practices.
Communication:
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mindset:
You are structured, pragmatic, and focused on delivering high-quality software without unnecessary complexity.
Pay:
$11,500.00 - $14,500.00 per month
