Role Overview:
- Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of Systems and Software engineers in developing cutting-edge Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) Product Line Applications.
Product Summary:
- The Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) delivers state-of-the-art software solutions, such as the
MFMS-1000
for navigation, flight planning, and guidance, as well as theARR-7000
Avoidance Re-Router for real-time hazard avoidance. These technologies are being deployed across emerging platforms and next-generation systems. Collins is also advancing its Transport Services Segment to enhance the connectivity of FACE system components, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. - + Technical direction: Candidate must be able to lead a team and apply sound engineering principles related to Avionics software development.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience. + Demonstrated experience in project engineering/project lead role, with cost and schedule responsibility and strong background in Earned Value Management.

- 251,600 USD.
