Job Description
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 6+ years of experience with strategic planning in technology 6+ years of current hands-on software development & engineering experience 3+ years of direct report management experience including, but not limited to, assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations and determining salary adjustments 3+ years of management experienceDesired Qualifications:
Strong hands‑on experience with: Microservices and API‑driven systems Cloud and SaaS platforms Deep understanding of SDLC lifecycle, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices. Proven ability to work with and influence external vendors and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed organization, collaborating across multiple domains and functions. Proven ability to drive AI-first initiatives and deliver AI-enabled solutions that generate measurable ROI. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., .Net, C#, Java, Python). Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security standards in financial services.Leadership:
Ability to manage teams, budgets, and project timelines effectively. Strong background in API development and system integration. Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Experience integrating AI and automation into enterprise workflows, with a track record of delivering business value through technology innovation. Experience embedding AI/ML capabilities into SaaS or platform products. Strong background in platform engineering, developer platformsJob Expectations:

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
