  • AI Transformation | San Francisco (Hybrid) I'm working with my client , a rapidly growing organization within financial services , who are investing heavily in AI-driven transformation across their lending platform.
They are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to play a key role in delivering end-to-end AI initiatives that modernize underwriting, sales, and core operational workflows.
What You'll Be Doing:
Drive execution of AI and machine learning programs from concept through production Translate business opportunities into structured technical delivery plans Partner closely with engineering, data science, and product teams Oversee system integration, architecture decisions, and delivery governance Lead coordination of AI model deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking Manage risks, dependencies, and rollout strategies in a regulated environment
What My Client Is Looking For:
5-10 years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles Strong experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven systems in production Expertise in APIs, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and workflow orchestration Salesforce or CRM integration experience is highly desirable Financial services experience is essential (fintech, lending, or regulated industries) Ability to work across complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder management
