Daily Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a 14-person engineering team across software and web development Oversee software architecture, system design, and SDLC best practices Drive delivery of scalable enterprise and web-based applications Collaborate with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and timelines Act as the technical escalation point for complex challenges and system issues Manage hiring, performance, and team growth initiatives Influence technical direction and architecture decisions across platforms Requirements Proven experience leading software engineering teams (ideally 8+ engineers) Strong technical expertise in: C# / .NET development Microsoft Azure cloud platforms SQL Server and database design Experience with enterprise application architecture and system design Ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with leadership responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Exposure to SharePoint or Dynamics platforms Background working in enterprise or regulated environments Apply Today!
