This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong technical background who excels in team leadership, project management, and agile processes, particularly with a coaching leadership style. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical development through coaching. Oversee project delivery and success, ensuring timely completion of high-quality software features. Act as Scrum Master to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and scrum ceremonies. Serve as a liaison between engineering, product, and other stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities. Maintain strong technical understanding to guide decision-making and effectively support the engineering team. Manage personnel issues, performance evaluations, and team dynamics. Qualifications Proven experience managing software development teams, with strong knowledge of software engineering processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical team members. Demonstrated leadership with a coaching approach, motivating and supporting team members to reach their potential. Comfortable facilitating agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
