• Minimum qualifications:
• + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in software development. + 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, Go). + 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role. + 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Preferred qualifications:
• + Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.

+ 10 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Go). + 10 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. + 5 years of experience in Kubernetes. + Experience with operating, triaging and automating Kubernetes workloads. + Experience in working with data center rack hardware (e.g., servers, storage, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), switches, etc.).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Responsibilities
• + Design, guide and vet systems designs within the scope of the broader area, and write product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems.

+ Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). + Design and develop software systems and tooling to enable customers in an air-gapped environment to manage their private cloud infrastructure efficiently. + Lead a team and execute multiple projects (e.g., refining requirements, technical design, task breakdown, deployment, monitoring, reporting). + Work with partner teams to accelerate development and delivery of the platform.
