This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Lead geographically dispersed teams with multiple efforts simultaneously. Respond to documented user requirements and author test plans in support of range tests. Review user requirements documentation; design, define, and document mission test plans; transform test plans into test scripts and execute those scripts. Conduct risk analysis and provide risk mitigation solutions for mission execution. Serve on console to support real-time flight test execution in multiple operator positions. Directs range tests with some supervision. Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or other related STEM discipline. Experience with real-time flight-test execution in a Major Range and Test Facility Base environment. Good organizational and leadership skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a stressful environment to perform duties with little supervision. The ability to travel to Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands on a limited basis is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport for travel. The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements. Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance. Familiarity with Ronald Reagan Space & Missile Test Range (RTR) and/or DoD programs and processes. Experience with real-time flight-test execution in a Major Range and Test Facility Base environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks.

Strong written and oral communication skills.
