Montgomery, AL | Onsite 5 days a week IT01 Description AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced UAT Test Lead . This role will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Enterprise End-to-End (EE2E) testing initiatives to ensure applications, integrations and enterprise workflows meet business requirements, regulatory standards and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare testing environments, enterprise QA leadership, UAT management, EE2E testing, ETL validation and Snowflake cloud platform testing. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical skills and expertise in enterprise testing methodologies across large-scale modernization programs. Skills Required Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for healthcare applications including claims, eligibility, provider enrollment and payment systems. Develop, maintain, and execute UAT test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, and test cases. Coordinate with business users, SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders to validate system functionality against business and CMS requirements. Manage defect tracking, prioritization, remediation, retesting, and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle. Design and execute enterprise-wide EE2E test strategies covering integrated workflows, APIs, databases, and third-party systems. Identify and document EE2E business scenarios, testing workflows, and system dependencies. Coordinate testing activities across multiple vendors and cross-functional teams. Validate end-to-end Medicaid workflows including claims processing, adjudication, and payment processing. Support the Enterprise Quality Program (EQP) by implementing quality standards, metrics, KPIs, and governance practices. Develop multi-phase enterprise testing strategies for functional, integration, automated, manual, UAT, and EE2E testing. Ensure compliance with SDLC methodologies, Agile practices, and QA governance standards. Perform ETL testing to validate data integrity, completeness, reconciliation, and transformation accuracy. Validate data migration and integration processes within Snowflake cloud environments. Utilize AI-based testing tools and open-source automation frameworks for API and EE2E test automation. Support automated testing initiatives to improve test efficiency, coverage, and defect detection. Collaborate with contractors, agency leadership, vendors, and program managers to align testing objectives with modernization goals. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications regarding testing activities. Additional Skills Required 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management for enterprise applications. 5+ years of experience creating and executing UAT test plans, test cases, and enterprise testing strategies. 3+ years of experience in ETL testing, data validation, and reconciliation processes. Experience conducting Enterprise End-to-End (EE2E) testing across integrated systems. Experience utilizing AI-based testing tools and API automation frameworks. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and QA best practices. Experience testing web-based enterprise applications and APIs. Experience with Azure DevOps testing operations and workflow management. Strong understanding of Snowflake cloud platform testing and data validation techniques. Experience Required Experience with Enterprise EE2E testing methodologies and automation frameworks. Program and Project Management experience. Experience supporting Medicaid modernization projects. Education Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Pay:
$65.00 - $70.00 per hour
