Job Description

Job Description Our client, a global industrial engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking a Software QA Engineer II to support both testing and troubleshooting efforts across software systems integrated with physical hardware platforms. This role is a hybrid between QA and support engineering, with a strong focus on investigating customer-reported issues, analyzing logs, and debugging system behavior. The QA Engineer II will split time between validating new features and diagnosing real-world system issues in collaboration with development and support teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in environments where software directly impacts physical equipment.   • 4-7 years of experience in software QA or related technical role
  • Experience debugging issues and analyzing logs
  • Experience with Python or scripting for automation
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with development and support teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to hardware-integrated or device-based systems
  • Experience in a hybrid QA/support or troubleshooting-heavy role
  • Familiarity with test automation tools (any framework)
