Job Description

We are hiring for two locations. Our Anaheim and Mission Viejo site. For the Anaheim site we are looking for 2 hires and Mission Viejo 3-4 hires.

26522 La Alameda As a TCA (Test Center Administrator), you will be proctoring Prometric's client based exams. You will...Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures. Greet examinees and verify identification. Perform required security checks including the use of wands. Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams. Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency. Always maintain secure environment and materials in the test center. Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience. Ability to be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations. Safeguard the test center from misconduct. If applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification. The test center is open from Monday-Saturday. Must have availability during those days. We are flexible working with a set schedule for those who go to school, have second jobs, etc. There are two work shifts in a day: morning and afternoon that range from 5-6 hours.
Morning:
7am to 12-1pm Afternoon 12-1pm - 6pm/closing
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
