The role of a Quality Assurance Engineer II at IEHP is to coordinate the process for analyzing software programs which involves creating and implementing testing, recording the test results, and providing recommendations to improve software programs based on the test results. The Engineer II - QA works independently to accomplish QA duties required across IT at IEHP supporting testing efforts within an agile team and executing all levels of testing (System, API testing, Data validation, Integration, and Regression). This position evaluates the organization's technical infrastructure for security issues. The incumbent is responsible for interfacing with end users to understand requirements (Business Analysis) and in some cases ascertain areas of improvement, such as cost reduction solutions and automation solutions.
