Job Description

"Testers needed" to test for housing compliance. We are seeking Fair Housing Testers to join our growing team! Seeking individuals of all ages and backgrounds within the area.
Requirements:
Complete training prior to the first assignment Complete and pass a criminal background check Comply with testing protocol
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible schedule - (Not a full time/part-time job. Tests assigned as needed) Reliable Automobile Valid Auto Insurance and Driver's License Excellent observational skills Compensation Paid per test ($75.00 to $175.00 depending on test type) performed. Ineligible Candidates Realtors Property Managers Lawyers We are scheduling training in your area. Interested applicants should email their resume. All applicants must attend a training session and pass a background check prior to receiving an assignment. After receiving your resume, we will register you for, and email you the time and location of the nearest training.
