At Infosys, we nurture that spirit with technology that can inspire you to not just ask 'what next', but actually help you to build it. # 146028BR Position summary the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:•Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and java. Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases. Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories. Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards. Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects.
Core Skills:
Selenium, Java, DB Testing, Playwright Hands-on test automation experience with banking/payments platforms domain knowledge. Experience with message validation (JSON, XML, ISO 20022 schemas), file-based and real-time processing, asynchronous and event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ). Strong in Java, hands on with Playwright and API testing (Rest Assured/Postman). Solid grasp of CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Git, Docker/K8s, environment variables/secrets, and test parallelization. Basic knowledge on data base validation on both SQL and Mongo. Experience in Splunk logs validation. Experience in executing automation with high volumes of data.
Nice To Have Skills:
Contract testing with schema-first approaches (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI). Domain exposure to reconciliations, liquidity, sanctions screening (OFAC), AML, and fraud signals/decisioning. Build automation for performance, soak, and resilience (throughput/latency/error budgets, circuit breakers, back-pressure). Experience with Grafana dashboards Execute chaos/failover/dr testing: timeouts, downstream unavailability, duplicate submissions, replay protection. Your contribution to the team A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation. A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining our applications. The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration.
Required/Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location. Preferred Qualifications:
Financial domain experience Strong in Java, hands on with Playwright and API testing (RestAssured/Postman). The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Delaware City, DE or willing to relocate to the area.
