Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Rewards UAT Automation Test Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Rewards & Benefits at Chase. Collaborate with technology groups and business partners to ensure seamless product launches and IT developments. As an Automation Test Analyst - including mobile automation you will drive quality and innovation within our Consumer & Community Banking group. Job Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile platforms. Coordinate and execute UAT testing activities for new product launches and IT developments. Manage test execution, defect triaging, and test reporting across multiple projects. Ensure comprehensive test coverage by understanding business requirements and testing scope. Communicate test progress and issues to project stakeholders regularly. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in test execution and defect management, with exposure to test automation (web or mobile). Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with mobile automation testing (Android/iOS) is highly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. ISTQB or similar testing certification. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment. Demonstrated leadership and initiative in testing activities.
