Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview •Responsibilities•+

Test Automation Framework Development:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using industry-standard tools and programming languages. + Demonstrated working knowledge of using AI tools such as Claude Code and GitHub CoPilot to increase development and testing productivity + Performs complex QA work; focus on monitoring and administering quality assurance concepts, practices and tools currently in place + Responsible for reviewing software applications objectively, working with Business Analysts and End-Users to understand requirements and Developers to understand the impact of changes; uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals + Demonstrates a strong understanding of how assigned tasks contribute to internal Quality Assurance processes + Solves more complex problems in QA and provides solutions based on judgment and existing precedents or procedures + Works with own team, may interact with other related teams. Can teach and train junior colleagues on QA processes and procedures, reports issues to management + Contributes to team by performing analysis, monitoring systems and assisting technical & product managers in the evaluation of QA processes; assists with debugging and enhancing applications •Knowledge and Experience•+ BA/ BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or equivalent + 3+ Years of experience in QA engineering or application development + Experience with QA Automation + Very Strong Analytical and Test Case Writing Skills + Ability to execute test cases + Great communication skills to report problems and clarify requirements + Detail Oriented and good Organization Skills + Ability to work with QA tools + Good understanding of software SDLC + Ability to work in a team environment \#LI-MA1 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
