Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with 4+ years of experience to support our Salesforce delivery organization. This role is responsible for executing manual functional testing and building automated test scripts using Selenium or similar tools to validate changes across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. The QA Engineer works closely with Salesforce Developers, CPQ Administrators, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum Masters to ensure all platform changes meet functional requirements, pricing logic, and performance expectations prior to release. This position plays a key role in reducing defect leakage, improving release quality, and supporting CI/CD maturity. Responsibilities include creating detailed test cases from user stories and requirements, executing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, validating CPQ pricing and Quote‑to‑Cash processes, logging and triaging defects, and contributing to continuous quality improvement. The role also involves designing and maintaining automated test frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, participating in Agile ceremonies, and collaborating with US‑based stakeholders within an offshore delivery model.
