Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client seeking a Automation QA in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
    Manual Testing:
    Perform initial manual functional, regression, and UAT testing on existing MVC and .NET Core applications
      Automation Strategy:
      Evaluate and implement testing tools that align with a .NET ecosystem
        Pipeline Management:
        Write and maintain YAML files to trigger automated tests within Azure DevOps build/release cycles
          Accessibility Auditing:
          Conduct regular accessibility audits using tools like Axe, WAVE, or screen readers (JAWS/NVDA)
            Culture Building:
            Mentor developers on writing testable code and advocate for "Shift Left" testing principles
            REQUIREMENTS
              Frameworks:
              5+ years of experience in C#/.NET (MVC and .NET Core)
                Automation:
                Proven track record of building automated test suites from the ground up
                  Azure DevOps:
                  Strong proficiency in Azure Boards, Repos, and YAML-based Pipelines
                    Compliance:
                    Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 requirements and testing methodologies
                      Databases:
                      Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation
                      Preferred Qualifications:
                      • Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments
                      • Experience with API testing (RESTful services)
                      • Knowledge of Load and Performance testing in Azure The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
                      We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
