Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior QA Analyst within our team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements Perform end-to-end testing across the SDLC, including system, integration, regression, UAT, smoke, and interface testing Design and implement automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium and related technologies Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman and SoapUI to validate data integrity and system integrations Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools; perform root cause analysis and support resolution efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners) to ensure quality standards are met throughout Agile development cycles Validate backend data through database testing (SQL) to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, including scenario validation and stakeholder communication Monitor application performance and reliability, recommending improvements and preventative actions Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards, processes, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5-8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, and validation Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG) Strong experience in API testing using REST and SOAP services (Postman, SoapUI, etc.) Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TFS, HP ALM, Azure DevOps) Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices Experience performing regression, system, integration, and UAT testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with performance and load testing tools and methodologies Strong SQL/database testing experience across multiple database platforms Experience working in large-scale enterprise or government environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into build processes Experience with frontend/backend validation in web-based applications Exposure to data migration, conversion, or legacy system modernization projects Prior experience collaborating with offshore/onshore teams Knowledge of security and compliance testing practices The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual range is $98,000.00 - $115,000.00. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law.
