Quality Assurance Tester 3

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to support the delivery of reliable, user-friendly applications in Iowa. This contract position with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who combines strong manual testing skills with browser automation expertise and takes a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to validating software quality. The role will work closely with teams to identify issues, improve test coverage, and help ensure a consistent experience for end users.

Responsibilities:

• Design and carry out manual and automated test activities to confirm application functionality, usability, and stability.
• Build, maintain, and execute Selenium-based browser automation scripts to improve regression testing efficiency.
• Document defects clearly, track issues through resolution, and partner with stakeholders to verify fixes.
• Review business and functional requirements to create practical test scenarios, test cases, and validation steps.
• Perform end-to-end, regression, and user-focused testing across web-based applications and related workflows.
• Use Zendesk and other tracking tools to monitor reported issues, organize findings, and support timely communication.
• Collaborate with developers, business teams, and support partners to uncover quality risks and strengthen release readiness.
