Experience with UNIX and Shell scripting Expert level proficiency with Jira a big plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be able to use SQL Developer or equivalent SQL Query tool. Familiarity with Jira or other bug reporting system Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member Ability to take initiative and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a drive for learning and taking on new challenges. Automation testing with selenium will be considered a plus. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Quality, assist with the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders on software projects Execute in-depth software testing, tracks issues and determine if system requirements have been met Document test cases, test results, and release notes Support User Acceptance Testing and provide assistance as needed Provide on-call production support for software releases and hot fixes Other duties as assigned.
