Job Description

Junior QA Test Engineer Salary:
$45,000-$60,000 Benefits include: Paid vacation, holiday and sick time Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k)/profit sharing
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have up to one year of experience in automation testing or a strong desire to learn automation techniques. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our products Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand product requirements and specifications Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts Continuously learn and apply automation testing tools and techniques Provide clear and concise test results and status reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Up to 1 year of experience in automation testing (preferred) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methodologies Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, etc.) Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC) Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar
