As a Software Tester at Kyndryl, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of critical applications within the financial services sector. In this role, you will validate complex systems such as digital banking platforms, payment solutions, and high‑volume transactional applications that require high levels of accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.

You will define and execute robust testing strategies, combining manual and automated testing approaches, while working closely with development and business teams. Your work will directly contribute to delivering reliable, secure, and high‑quality digital solutions in highly regulated environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze functional and technical requirements to define comprehensive testing strategies.

Design and execute manual and automated test cases across functional, integration, and regression testing.

Validate integrations between systems, APIs, and external services.

Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to prevent issues early.

Monitor quality in production environments and support incident analysis and resolution.

Required Technical and Professional Experience2+ years of experience in software testing roles.

Experience with both manual and automated testing practices.

Hands‑on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

Experience testing APIs and system integrations.

Knowledge of software development, lifecycles and quality assurance processes.

Experience using Git for version control and collaboration.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing. Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceExperience working in the financial services or banking sector.

Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.

Exposure to DevOps practices and continuous testing.

Experience with security testing principles and tools.

Basic English proficiency for technical documentation and collaboration with global teams.
