Overview:
Are you a problem-solver who loves diving into the nitty-gritty of software testing? As our Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our web and mobile applications are top-notch. You won't just be testing; you'll be brainstorming creative solutions and collaborating closely with our awesome team and clients to understand their needs and identify areas for quality improvements. What you'll do: Evaluate and test web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional specifications and development guidelines Author, maintain and verify quality standards and comprehensive test procedures/cases Accurately track and report errors and failures encountered during testing with detailed descriptions of the inputs and conditions necessary to reproduce the error Interface with Project Managers to ensure strong communication regarding timelines and delivery Work closely with product owners, developers, and other members of the Scrum based development team to iterate rapidly Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to users Experience you'll bring: Experience in software testing or quality assurance Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking Interest or aptitude for identifying problems and suggesting improvements Excellent written and verbal communication skills
