By bridging the gap between mechanical integrity and software intelligence, you will drive product maturity through rigorous system-level testing and data-driven analysis. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for system-level Design Verification Testing (DVT) to ensure high-performance standards. Lead mechanical durability and fatigue assessments to guarantee long-term operational success in demanding environments. Perform detailed failure analysis and physical teardowns to uncover root causes and implement effective design improvements. Engineer custom test fixtures and automated rigs to streamline validation workflows and improve measurement accuracy. Utilize Python-based automation to validate sensor integration, control algorithms, and overall software behavior. Translate complex test data into actionable engineering insights to guide cross-functional design iterations. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to enhance product reliability throughout the entire lifecycle. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering. 5+ years of professional experience in robotics validation or mechatronics testing. Proven expertise in mechanical life-cycle testing and failure investigation methodologies. Strong proficiency in Python for test automation and data acquisition. Solid understanding of GD&T and structured V&V (Verification & Validation) processes. Demonstrated ability to use CAD software for fixture design and mechanical reviews. Preferred Skills Experience with high-density warehouse automation or similar mobile robotics systems. Advanced knowledge of sensor fusion and control system diagnostics. Strong technical communication skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
