Malware - Test Engineer - Automation, CI/CD, AWS

Description We have an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer with experience in development using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. This position allows for partial telework. Clearance Any level of clearance is preferred. Candidate can also be sponsored under this position, must be clearable. Experience Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems or related discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of experience, or a Master of Science degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems or related discipline may be substituted for six (6) years' experience.

Required skills:

Eight (8) years demonstrated experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various systems tests and results to verify system operability and compliance with project standards and requirements; developing or testing software written in C/C++, Java, Perl, Python and other scripting languages on Windows and Linux/UNIX platforms, and participating in peer review of development and test deliverables. Eight (8) years of experience with identifying, documenting and tracking software defects through resolution, using industry standard lifecycle tools such as Atlassian Suite (Jira), Rational Suite, Bugzilla or similar tools Two (2) years experience testing using CI/CD processes and tools Two (2) years of experience developing software or scripts in Python, Bash or similar languages, and developing test automation frameworks. Two (2) years of experience with estimating resources, level of effort, and timelines for testing tasks using Agile story point construct or similar methods, providing input on dependencies and risks for testing Experience with one or more of the following tools: Selenium, PyTest, Puppeteer, Sphinx Required skills: Experience developing or testing software being developed/deployed on AWS cloud AWS certification at Associate level or higher Experience developing automated software documentation using Markdown and reStructuredText Demonstrated knowledge of or experience working with OSI Model, TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and other basic network concepts. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $150,000 - $225,000.
