Full-time Position Overview A recognized leader in providing Information Technology, Engineering Services, Program Management, and Consulting Services to the U.S. Federal Government and Intelligence Community is seeking a Software Engineer 2 (Tester) to support an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Zero Trust engineering team. This role focuses on unit and system integration testing of productized ICAM solutions, with an emphasis on user experience (UX/UI) testing, system validation, and collaboration with development and systems engineering teams to ensure product quality and compliance. The tester will perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluations of software products while developing and executing structured test strategies across the full testing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Work with ICAM Zero Trust engineering teams to perform unit and system integration testing Test performance of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) components Collaborate with development and systems engineers to coordinate testing of ICAM products Perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluation of software products Develop testing procedures and methodologies Create test plans, test scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests Produce reports for each test activity and track test metrics throughout the lifecycle Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI Clearance with FS Polygraph

• ACTIVE Experience with software development methodologies Ability to solve complex system and integration problems Experience briefing senior-level management Engineering experience supporting requirements definition, functional analysis, and allocation Experience conducting system requirement reviews Experience developing CONOPS and system architectures Experience with automated workflows (backend and front-end testing automation) Desired Knowledge & Experience Familiarity with ICAM standards and mandates (e.
